1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the AI CV Analyzer & CV Builder mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
AI CV Analyzer & CV Builder is a mobile application that provides:
- AI-powered CV/resume analysis and scoring
- Personalized improvement suggestions
- ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility check
- Salary estimation based on CV content
- Interview question generation
- CV Builder for creating professional resumes
- Analysis history tracking
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide a valid email address, use Google Sign-In, or use Apple Sign-In
- You must be at least 13 years old (18+ in some jurisdictions)
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must not share your account credentials
3.2 Account Deletion and Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile > Delete Account)
- You may also request account deletion by contacting us at oze05607@gmail.com
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed immediately (in-app) or within 30 days (email request)
4. Credits and Payments
4.1 Free Credit
- New users receive 1 free credit upon registration (limited per device)
- 1 credit = 1 full CV analysis
4.2 Credit Purchases
- Credits can be purchased via Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) in-app purchases
- Available packages: 1, 5, 10, or 25 credits
- Credits are non-transferable
- Credits do not expire
4.3 Pre-Registration Rewards
- Users who pre-register may receive bonus credits as a reward
- Pre-registration rewards are automatically delivered upon first sign-in
4.4 Refunds
- Credit purchases are generally non-refundable
- Refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policy
5. Usage and Fair Use
5.1 Fair Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for commercial CV analysis services
- Share your account with others
- Automate or script interactions with the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Upload malicious files or malware
- Abuse or overload our servers
- Use the App for illegal purposes
5.2 Service Abuse
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate fair use policies.
6. User Content
6.1 Your CV Data
- You retain all rights to your CV content
- You grant us a license to process your CV for analysis purposes
- We do NOT claim ownership of your CV content
- We will NOT share your CV with third parties (except as disclosed in our Privacy Policy)
6.2 Content Guidelines
You agree NOT to upload CVs that contain:
- False or misleading information (if it violates laws)
- Copyrighted material you don't own
- Malicious code or viruses
- Offensive or illegal content
7. AI Analysis Disclaimer
7.1 No Guarantees
- AI analysis is provided "AS IS" without warranties
- We do NOT guarantee job placement or interview success
- Suggestions are general advice, not personalized career counseling
7.2 Accuracy
- AI may make mistakes or provide subjective opinions
- Always use your professional judgment
- We are NOT liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions
7.3 Not Professional Advice
This App does NOT provide legal, financial, or certified career counseling. For professional career services, consult a licensed career counselor.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Property
- The App, logo, design, code, and content are owned by AI CV Analyzer & CV Builder
- You may NOT copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
- All trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners
8.2 AI-Generated Content
- Analysis results and interview questions are generated by AI
- You may use these suggestions for personal career development
- You may NOT redistribute or resell AI-generated insights
9. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting
- Google Gemini AI: CV analysis engine
- Google AdMob: Optional rewarded advertisements
- Apple App Store / Google Play: Payment processing
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are NOT liable for any employment decisions or outcomes
- We do NOT guarantee the accuracy of our AI analysis
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI CV Analyzer & CV Builder from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the App
- Your infringement of third-party rights
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
13. Termination
13.1 By You
- You may stop using the App at any time
- Contact us to delete your account and data
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- Required by law
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For international users, local consumer protection laws may apply.
15. App Store Terms
You acknowledge that:
- Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for the App or its content
- Neither Apple nor Google has any obligation to provide support for this App
- In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- The applicable store's terms and conditions apply to all purchases
- Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc.
