Delete Your Account
Two ways to permanently remove your AI CV Analyzer account and all associated data.
⚠️ This action is permanent. Deletion removes your profile, CV analysis history, credit balance, and purchase records. It cannot be undone. Active subscriptions are not refunded.
Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
1Open the AI CV Analyzer app
2Tap the Settings icon (bottom navigation)
3Scroll to Account section
4Tap Delete Account → confirm
Option 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to enesozile@gmail.com from the email associated with your account, including:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Email registered with the app
- Confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent
We process email-based deletions within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (email, name, photo)
- All uploaded CV files and analyses
- Credit balance and transaction history
- Referral records
- Push notification tokens
What May Be Retained
- Anonymized analytics data (no longer linked to you)
- Apple/Google purchase records (kept by the store providers, not us)
- Records required by law (tax/accounting, retained per Turkish regulations)
