By using AI CV Analyzer, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account

You're responsible for credential security and all activity under your account.

3. Credits and Purchases

• Credits are required for CV analyses (1 credit = 1 analysis).
• Earn credits via referrals or rewarded ads, or buy credit packs.
• Purchased credits are consumable and non-refundable except as required by Apple/Google or applicable law.
• Refund requests go to Apple or Google Play.
• Promotional codes are limited to one redemption per account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that doesn't belong to you
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use the service for illegal activity or to mislead employers
• Bypass credit/payment systems
• Submit malware, spam, or excessive automated requests

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your CVs. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the analysis service. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.

6. AI Limitations

AI provides guidance, not guarantees. We make no warranty about analysis accuracy or that recommendations will lead to job offers or interviews.

7. Service Availability

We strive for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime via in-app settings or our deletion page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app.
