How does CV analysis work?
Upload a PDF, image, or DOCX of your resume. Our AI analyzes the content for ATS compatibility, keyword matches, formatting, and personalized improvement suggestions. Each analysis consumes 1 credit.
What are credits and how do I get them?
1 credit = 1 analysis. Earn credits via referrals, watching rewarded video ads (up to 3/day), or purchasing credit packs (1, 5, 10, or 25) via in-app purchase.
My purchase didn't add credits. What should I do?
Open the Credits screen and tap "Restore Purchases". If credits still don't appear within 5 minutes, email us with your receipt and we'll resolve it manually.
How do I redeem a promo code?
Open Credits screen → "Promo Code" section → enter your code (case-insensitive) → Redeem. Each code can be redeemed once per account.
Is my CV data private?
Yes. CVs are processed securely and not shared with third parties. We don't sell your data. See our
Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or visit the
deletion page.
Does it work offline?
No — analysis requires internet. Past analyses can be viewed offline once cached.
What file formats are supported?
PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX. Maximum 10 MB per upload.
