This Privacy Policy describes how AI CV Analyzer ("we", "us", "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: Email, name, profile photo (Google/Apple sign-in).
• Authentication identifiers: Firebase user ID (UID).
• CV/resume content: Files you upload for analysis. Stored securely so you can view past analyses.
• Usage data: Screens viewed, features used, session duration.
• Diagnostics: Crash logs, performance metrics, device model, OS version.
• Purchase history: Transaction ID, product ID, date. Apple/Google handle payment details — we never see your card.
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID): Used by Google AdMob for rewarded ads. Decline tracking via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide CV analysis (sending content to AI service for processing)
• Maintain credit balance and analysis history
• Process and verify in-app purchases
• Detect crashes and improve app stability
• Deliver advertisements via AdMob
• Send transactional notifications

3. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics) — policy
• Google AdMob — policy
• Apple App Store / Google Play (in-app purchases)
• Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In (authentication)
• OpenAI / AI provider (CV analysis processing) — content sent for inference, not stored for training

4. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account exists. Account deletion permanently removes personal data within 30 days. Anonymized analytics may be retained.

5. Your Rights

• Access: View your data in-app or contact us.
• Deletion: Settings → Account → Delete Account, or via this page.
• Tracking opt-out: iOS 14.5+ users may decline tracking via system prompt.
• Portability: Email us to request a data export.

6. Children

The app is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.

7. International Transfers

Data is processed in Google Cloud (US/EU). By using the app, you consent to international processing.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS, Firestore security rules, server-side receipt verification). No system is 100% secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email.
